It didn't take long for France to take the lead against Denmark, and the goal had a distinct Premier League flavour to it.
Olivier Giroud received Anthony Martial's pass and fired a low shot that the goalkeeper couldn't handle.
The Arsenal man was at it again two minutes later, sweeping home after the goalkeeper saved the initial effort to make it 2-0 inside the opening seven minutes and cap off a glorious team move.

France led 2-0 at the half-time break.
Denmark pulled a goal back in stoppage time through Erik Sviatchenko but it wasn't enough and next year's Euro 2016 hosts held on for the 2-1 win.
