EPL Table: Updated 2015 Standings, Top Scorers After Saturday's Week 7 Results
Leicester City's Jamie Vardy became the Premier League's top scorer on Saturday as he bagged a brace against Arsenal.
It wasn't enough to secure any points for the Foxes, though, as the visiting Gunners ran out 5-2 winners at the King Power Stadium aided by Alexis Sanchez's hat-trick.
Elsewhere, Daniel Sturridge and Rudy Gestede bagged braces as Liverpool downed Aston Villa 3-2, while England strike partners Harry Kane and Wayne Rooney ended their domestic goal droughts as Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United comfortably won their matches.

Jamie Vardy Tops the Standings
Leicester team-mate Riyad Mahrez and Bournemouth's Callum Wilson failed to find the net on Saturday, so Vardy's brace saw him overtake the pair as he netted his fifth and sixth of the campaign.
The England striker hit the post early on, but he found the net shortly after as he put his side ahead, cutting in from the left and curling a lovely shot past Petr Cech.
Vardy tried the move a number of times more throughout the match, and his persistence was rewarded with one minute of normal time remaining as he netted a virtually identical goal to his first.
The pacey forward has already surpassed his total of five Premier League goals from last season.
Squawka Football highlights the 28-year-old's incredible form:
The Foxes enjoyed a similarly strong start in their last campaign, so they will need to ensure their defeat to Arsenal does not signal a similar downturn in form.
Vardy will be key to that, and if he can maintain his prolific form, his side can earn an invaluable result against potential relegation rivals Norwich City in their next outing.
Against the Canaries, Vardy won't be facing the incredible quality of players like Sanchez. The Chilean was in fine form on Saturday as he picked up his first three strikes of the season.
His first was a simple tap-in from a loose ball after Theo Walcott attacked Hector Bellerin's low cross. His second saw him beat Foxes 'keeper Kasper Schmeichel to the ball as he headed home Mesut Ozil's delightful chip, and he rounded out his hat-trick with an outstanding low drive from distance.
Squawka Football illustrated his magnificent performance:
Infostrada Sports also noted the 26-year-old's hat-trick represented a remarkable personal achievement:
According to WhoScored.com, Sanchez had previously been the player to take the most shots this season without scoring, so his trio of strikes indicates a return to sharpness after sitting out most of pre-season due to his Copa America exploits.
Sanchez's form is a timely boost for the Gunners, who have crucial games against Olympiakos and Manchester United coming up. With their star man finally back in form, Arsenal will head into those games with renewed confidence.
The Gunners now stand an excellent chance of picking up some vital points and getting their season back on track.
