EA Sports' 'FIFA 16' Launches in the UK: The Internet Reacts

The wait is finally over.

EA Sports has been teasing FIFA 16 for weeks, with player rankings, new features and goal celebrations being spread all across the Internet.

But on Thursday, the game was finally released in the UK, causing a flood of messages about players’ postal services.

But for one gamer, perhaps it was worth waiting.

As expected, fans were looking for any excuse they could find to spend the day at home playing the new game.

And some famous faces were first to try it out:

With some still baffled by Jordan Henderson’s appearance alongside Lionel Messi.
