UK Back Pages: Man United, Real Madrid Go to War, Saido Berahino Goes on Strike

There's a lot of speak of "war" in Wednesday's tabloids, as Manchester United and Real Madrid entered a war of words over the fallout of the David De Gea transfer and Saido Berahino hit out at West Brom for not allowing him to move to Tottenham Hotspur. 

But most of the talk is still dominated by the David De Gea saga, which carried on through Tuesday as the clubs played a game of "he said, she said" through press releases. 

Mirror Sport simply sums up the two rows as "War" and "War and Peace" in reference to West Brom owner Jeremy Peace:
