Nike Air Foamposite Pro 'Gucci' Release Date, Pics and Retail Price

Nike's Foamposite has another heavyweight release on its hands Friday with the Pro "Gucci" edition of the modern classic.  

This release sports the normal design with an eye-popping tandem of black, "Gorge Green" and "Gym Red," with splashes of gold for good measure.

The black-on-black side trumpets the "modern" horn to great effect, but one will be even more impressed with the work after flipping the shoe over.

It's hard not to be impressed. The patented black ridges catch the eye, but so does the jewel design before giving way to the tan bottom with a textured design of its own.

If one considers the green swoosh on the bottom a major win for eye-catching design, look at the smooth accents on the tongue and inside of the shoe, per Sneaker Bar Detroit:

Luxury is the name of the game when it comes to anything sporting  "Gucci" in its title. This one knocks it out of the proverbial park, but rest assured that the classic Foamposite design won't have any problems keeping the pace on the court, either.

In a stacked week for releases, the Nike Air Foamposite Pro "Gucci" doesn't have any problems standing out on its own.
