Manchester United Duo Lose to AC Milan in Adidas #BeTheDifference Skills Battle

Manchester United and AC Milan players took part in a rather unusual two-on-two skills match to celebrate the launch of their respective new Adidas third kits.

Players from Chelsea, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Juventus were also in attendance in Marseille, with fans treated to a host of exhibition games as part of the manufacturer's #BeTheDifference campaign.

Ashley Young and Morgan Schneiderlin paired up for the Red Devils following their Champions League success over Club Brugge, but they lost 3-1 to Philippe Mexes and Riccardo Montolivo in a game where "goals don't count, only the best skills" do.

Confused? So was Schneiderlin, by the looks of it, as the Frenchman's touch deserted him midway through the World Finals.
