Luke Bryan's Son Bo Commits to Play CFB for Georgia, Everything to Know About QB Recruit
Bo Bryan, a 3-star quarterback from Tennessee and the son of country music artist Luka Bryan, has committed to Georgia.
Bryan received a scholarship offer from Georgia offensive coordinator Mike Bobo this past week and decided to jump on the opportunity.
"I told myself, are we going to shoot for the stars at a place like Georgia, or are we going to stay in the FCS or potentially a smaller FBS school?" Bryan told Chad Simmons of Rivals. "Eventually, I told myself, just shoot for the stars."
Bryan faces an uphill battle to ever see playing time for the Bulldogs, however.
As Andrew Ivins of 247Sports noted, the young quarterback is a "resourceful passer that was productive as a senior before suffering a season-ending injury" but one who has "less-than-ideal physical tools" and "projects as more of a depth option at the next level that will need to make a living in the margins."
But playing for Georgia has long been a dream.
"To be honest, I don't remember. That's how long I've been a Georgia fan," he noted. "I remember being at games and my parents holding me. I've always been a Georgia fan."
