NBA Cup Court Designs for All 30 Teams Unveiled in New Video, Photos Ahead of 2026 Tournament

The bright colors of the NBA Cup are back for a new season.

On Tuesday, the NBA announced the court designs for all 30 teams for the in-season tournament that begins with a doubleheader on Friday, Oct. 30. The New York Knicks will face the Philadelphia 76ers in the first game before the Los Angeles Lakers play the Golden State Warriors in the second one.

"These visually striking courts will be featured during Group Play, the Quarterfinals, and Semifinals, creating a bold and unified look for Emirates NBA Cup games across the league," the announcement explained.

Here is a closer look at a few of the notable ones:

The announcement highlighted the inspiration from Nike's "End of Ordinary" campaign, including the oversized team wordmarks that were drawn from the "collection's signature game jacket."

What's more, the courts are designed to contrast the home team's Statement Edition uniform.

The courts will also feature this year's tagline of "30 Teams. 8 Advance. 1 Champion." by the corner three-point line.

All 30 teams were placed in six groups of five and will play on Fridays from Oct. 30 through Nov. 27 during what the league is designating as "Cup Nights." From there, eight teams will advance to the knockout stages with the quarterfinals and semifinals played in home arenas.

The two teams who reach the championship game will face each other on Dec. 11 at Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

This season's NBA Cup will be the fourth edition of the in-season tournament. The Lakers won the first one in 2023-24, the Milwaukee Bucks won the second one the following campaign and the Knicks are the reigning champions from last year's edition.

Notably, the Knicks defeated the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Cup championship game last season.

That ended up being an NBA Finals preview, and New York once again took care of business during its five-game victory over Victor Wembanyama and Co.
