The Tigers set the tone early on Saturday, as an interception by safety Tamarcus Cooley turned into a 48-yard touchdown drive that gave LSU a 7-0 lead to start the first quarter.
Kiffin's team didn't show any signs of slowing down afterwards, jumping out to a 35-0 advantage at halftime.
The Tigers led by 49 points in the second half before McNeese State was able to get on the board, eventually cruising to the win.
LSU was efficient offensively throughout the contest, scoring at least 14 points in each quarter of the game. The Tigers picked up 367 rush yards as a team, averaging 6.9 yards per carry.
While LSU's defense only forced one turnover, it consistently prevented McNeese State from moving the chains. The Cowboys finished the game with a mere six first downs, converting just one of 12 opportunities on third down.
After the Tigers suffered a tough loss to Ole Miss on Sept. 19, they've won two consecutive games while outscoring their opponents 98-20.
With Saturday's victory, LSU improved to 4-1.
