'Shamchester' Billboard Trolling Manchester City Spotted in Photo Near Manchester United's Stadium

Paddy Power has taken aim at Manchester City.

The Irish gambling company took out a massive "Welcome to Shamchester" billboard in Manchester after an independent investigatory panel found Manchester City guilty of 114 charges related to inflating profits and hiding costs in violation of the Premier League's financial rules across a nine-year period, alongside failing to cooperate with the league's investigation.

While it is unknown what punishments City could be facing—or whether they will stick following what is expected to be a robust appeal effort from the club—it is considered one of the biggest scandals in the history of English football.
