Jalen Brunson Appears in Emmys Opening Video Alongside Knicks Fan Mariska Hargitay

The Jalen Brunson and Mariska Hargitay friendship was once again under the spotlight Monday.

With Hargitay hosting the Emmys on Monday, the New York Knicks guard appeared in a cameo for the opening number:

Hargitay was a regular at Madison Square Garden during the Knicks' run to the championship last season. Most notably, she even ran on the court and hugged Brunson after he and New York overcame a 29-point deficit during Game 4 of the NBA Finals against the San Antonio Spurs.

"I love you so much, I'm so happy," she said after the Knicks seized a 3-1 lead in the series.

It was then Brunson's turn to make his pitch to join Hargitay in her domain when he said, "Try to go to SVU" when asked what was his next step after winning the championship:

Hargitay hinted that the appearance will happen when she was on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

First, though, Brunson got to be on the Emmys.
