ASU Drops 'Roses and Devils' Throwback Uniforms in New Video, Photos for 2026 CFB Season
Arizona State unveiled new throwback uniforms for the 2026 college football season on Saturday.
The Sun Devils showcased their "Roses and Devils" uniforms on social media, commemorating their 22-15 victory over Michigan in the Rose Bowl during the 1986 season.
The uniforms contain gold helmets with Arizona State's mascot on each side to go along with maroon jerseys and gold pants.
The Sun Devils finished with a 10-1-1 record during their 1986 campaign, taking down the Wolverines to capture their only Rose Bowl victory in school history.
Arizona State is currently looking to contend in the Big 12 next season under head coach Kenny Dillingham, who signed a new contract to keep him with the team in Dec. 2025.
After making a 2024 College Football Playoff appearance, the Sun Devils are coming off a 2025 campaign in which they finished at 8-5.
They'll open the 2026 season against Morgan State on Sept. 5.
