Knicks' Karl-Anthony Towns Responds to His Topps Superfractor Card Being Pulled In Trending Photo

New York Knicks star Karl-Anthony Towns reacted Saturday to a collector pulling one of his rarest trading cards.

Towns shared a GIF in response to a collector finding his 1-of-1 Image Variation Superfractor card from the Topps Chrome Update Basketball collection.

Towns is a collector himself. He recently claimed a rare card of his own from the 2025-26 Chrome Update series when he pulled a 1-of-5 autographed Victor Wembanyama card on a livestream.

Towns has in the past attempted to secure rare trading cards by offering a bounty to collectors.

He announced in May he would pay $60,000 to secure John Cena's 1-of-1 WrestleMania 41 patch autograph card.

The Knicks star previously attempted to offer buy a Randy Orton 1-of-1 WrestleMania 41 patch autograph card before he was outbid at $40,000.

Towns' work to expand his trading card collection comes as the Knicks gear up to begin their title defense next season. Outside of losing Mitchell Robinson and bringing in Andre Drummond, the Knicks are set to for the most part run things back with their 2026 championship team this fall.
