Under Armour Curry One 'Two-a-Days' Release Date, Pics and Retail Price
Stephen Curry's first signature shoe from Under Armour hit the market midway through the 2014-15 NBA season, and a new version of the Curry One is set to hit stores Friday, Aug. 14, at a retail price of $110, according to FootwearNews.com.
The Curry One Low Two-A-Days are being released in a stealth pack, per KicksOnFire.com, with two colorways.
The first is a black and "Stealth Gray" edition, and the second is essentially the opposite, with gray and silver operating as the primary while black accents provide some nice pop.
Both versions are strikingly clean, with the low-top look ideal for summertime styles.
The Curry One Lows received a release in grade school sizes back on Aug. 1, according to SoleCollector.com, and the rollout will continue Aug. 14 with the two fresh stealth styles.
While it took a few seasons for Curry to get a signature shoe, the release of the Curry One couldn't have come at a better time.
The Golden State Warriors point guard not only captured MVP honors for the 2014-15 season, but his squad downed LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers to win the NBA title.
"The Curry One represents Stephen’s journey and the legacy he is building that is inspiring and motivating the next generation of basketball players,” Under Armour VP and Creative Director of Footwear, Dave Dombrow, said following the Curry One release, according to NBA.com. "Through hard work and self-conviction, Stephen willed himself into becoming one of the game’s best players."
With the Two-A-Days putting a unique and aesthetically appealing spin on the Curry One, sneakerheads should be intrigued by the MVP's latest release.
As Curry continues to expand his sneaker portfolio, interested buyers would be wise to get in on the ground floor of an evolving line and check out the Two-A-Day stealth pack.
