EA FC 27 Drops Official Career Mode Deep Dive Trailer Featuring New Gameplay

The hype for EA FC 27 continues to build with EA Sports dropping a new deep dive trailer for career mode in this year's game.

EA is touting FC 27 as the most realistic simulation ever that was developed based on fan feedback, including an overhauled transfer market and dynamic OVRs to overhaul the player rating system.

Per EA's official website, updates to Player Career Mode including Archetype XP that features 13 unique classes inspired by legends of the sport and used to upgrade attributes and unlock signature perks.

Growth profiles offer six distinct career trajectories for a more authentic career, and Rivalries mode allows gamers to compete against AI-selected rivals to complete various performance-based objectives and earn personality points.

Manager Career updates feature live challenges to earn season points and vanity items. Gamers can also build their own custom scenarios via live creator challenges through the expanded Manager Live hub.

Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappé, fresh off winning the Golden Boot with France during the World Cup, will be the cover athlete for EA FC 27.

The game will launch on all major platforms on Sept. 25, but gamers who pre-order either the ultimate or ultimate plus edition will receive early access on Sept. 18.
