Box Scores and Recaps
Knicks 86, Pistons 75
| Knicks Stats | | | |
| Player | Points | Rebounds | Assists |
| Jack Kayil | 19 | 1 | 4 |
| Dillon Jones | 18 | 6 | 4 |
| Liam Robbins | 15 | 5 | 3 |
| Pistons Stats | | | |
| Player | Points | Rebounds | Assists |
| Chaz Lanier | 24 | 0 | 2 |
| Ebuka Okorie | 14 | 6 | 4 |
| Isaac Jones | 12 | 8 | 2 |
After getting picked up in the second round of this year's draft, Jack Kayil is looking to prove he can make it in the NBA, and he put together a strong performance on Monday.
Dillon Jones likewise had a solid night as the former first-rounder tries to find a permanent spot in the league after spending the last few years in and out of the G League.
Detroit's Chaz Lanier was one of the Pistons' only bright spots in the loss. The former Tennessee star didn't see much NBA action last year, but that could change if he continues scoring as he did on Monday.
Both the Knicks and Pistons are 1-2 after Day 5 of Summer League Las Vegas.
Raptors 93, Pacers 93
| Raptors Stats | | | |
| Player | Points | Rebounds | Assists |
| Seth Lundy | 22 | 1 | 1 |
| Tyreke Key | 16 | 2 | 3 |
| Jaden Bradley | 15 | 5 | 2 |
| Pacers Stats | | | |
| Player | Points | Rebounds | Assists |
| Rienk Mast | 23 | 10 | 0 |
| Jalen Slawson | 21 | 8 | 1 |
| Gabe McGlothan | 16 | 6 | 0 |
Monday's contest between Toronto and Indiana provided one of the more exciting finishes of Summer League so far.
Seth Lundy, a second-round pick in 2023, led the way for the Raptors on offense, but his biggest contribution was a game-sealing block in the final seconds.
The Pacers duo of Jalen Slawson and Rienk Mast came to play with a combined 44 points, but that wasn't quite enough as the rest of the team struggled on offense.
The Raptors moved to 2-1 in Summer League with the win, while Indiana dropped to 1-2.
Hawks 102, Celtics 90
| Hawks Stats | | | |
| Player | Points | Rebounds | Assists |
| Kobe Johnson | 30 | 7 | 4 |
| Henry Veesar | 20 | 4 | 3 |
| Devon Higgs | 12 | 3 | 1 |
| Celtics Stats | | | |
| Player | Points | Rebounds | Assists |
| Chris Cenac Jr. | 16 | 5 | 2 |
| Dillon Mitchell | 11 | 4 | 2 |
| Tucker DeVries | 11 | 1 | 1 |
With first-round pick Kingston Flemings not in the lineup for Atlanta, the Hawks needed someone else to step up, and Kobe Johnson did just that. The former undrafted player had a tremendous night off the bench, and it seems like he might not be sticking around in the G League much longer.
The Celtics coaching staff clearly wanted to get a good look at all of their talent, which led to them using 14 different players throughout the night. That, in turn, led to limited minutes, but Chris Cenac Jr. made the most of his night.
The Hawks are off to a 3-0 start in Summer League, while Boston is 2-1.
Mavericks 96, Grizzlies 88
| Mavericks Stats | | | |
| Player | Points | Rebounds | Assists |
| Darin Green Jr. | 17 | 3 | 5 |
| Jaden Springer | 17 | 1 | 2 |
| Kaodirichi Akobundu-Ehiogu | 16 | 4 | 0 |
| Grizzlies Stats | | | |
| Player | Points | Rebounds | Assists |
| Cam Boozer | 21 | 8 | 3 |
| Olivier-Maxence Prosper | 18 | 5 | 2 |
| Cedric Coward | 17 | 12 | 4 |
The Mavs' first unit wasn't exactly clicking on Monday, but they got some solid support from the bench trio of Darin Green Jr., Jaden Springer and Kaodirichi Akobundu-Ehiogu.
While the Grizzlies couldn't pick up the win, Cam Boozer continued to show that Memphis made the right call with the No. 3 pick. It's been nothing but positives from the former Duke star so far, and the Grizzlies have to be excited about what's to come from him.
The Mavs picked up their first win of Summer League to improve to 1-2, while Memphis has now split its first two games.
Cavaliers 90, Heat 73
| Cavaliers Stats | | | |
| Player | Points | Rebounds | Assists |
| Meleek Thomas | 35 | 3 | 3 |
| Jaxson Robinson | 13 | 6 | 1 |
| Malaki Branham | 11 | 4 | 1 |
| Heat Stats | | | |
| Player | Points | Rebounds | Assists |
| Tre Donaldson | 22 | 4 | 3 |
| Jahmir Young | 12 | 4 | 2 |
| J'Vonne Hadley | 10 | 5 | 1 |
Meleek Thomas was widely projected to be a first-round pick, and he's showing in Summer League that the Cavs might have gotten a steal in the second round. After putting up 20 points in his debut and 30 points on Sunday, he put together another tremendous outing against the Heat.
The Cavs have a loaded roster, but it's hard to imagine Thomas being delegated to the G League much, if at all, this year.
Cleveland picked up its first win on Monday, while the Heat fell to 1-2.
