The signing comes after Balogun, who also plays for Ligue 1 club Monaco, scored three goals during the United States' World Cup run.
The USMNT lost in the Round of 16 to Belgium. He scored a pair of goals against Paraguay in the group stage before scoring the opening goal in the Round of 32 win against Bosnia and Herzegovina. He was given a red card in that match, but it was later rescinded, allowing him to play in the United States' Round of 16 loss to Belgium.
"Folarin Balogun is one of the most talented and influential players in global football today. His relentless ambition and cultural impact represent the standard of excellence we hope to continue to bring to the sport," Klutch Sports CEO Rich Paul told the Hollywood Reporter's Alex Weprin. "We are incredibly proud to welcome him to KLUTCH and excited about everything we can build together."
Balogun is the first soccer player to be directly signed by Klutch Sports, but it is not the first time the agency has delved into the sport. Two years ago, the company acquired European agency ROOF, which represents players like Malik Tillman, Kai Havertz, Mohammed Kudus and others, along with plenty of managers.
Balogun, 25, had 26 starts for Monaco last season, scoring 13 goals and picking up four assists as his team finished seventh in Ligue 1.
