England and Argentina are through to the FIFA World Cup semifinals after a pair of Saturday afternoon thrillers.
Jude Bellingham scored a brace as England secured a 2-1 extra-time quarterfinal win over Norway early Saturday evening in Miami.
Later Saturday night, Argentina's Julián Álvarez scored late in extra time against a shorthanded Swiss team to punch his team's ticket to the semis.

A late goal from Bellingham made the difference in England's extra-time win over Norway.
England saw some scoring chances early but was unable to solve Norway's defense.
It was ultimately Norway first on the board as Andreas Schjelderup celebrated his second start of the tournament by nestling the ball in the top corner in the 35th minute with a sensational strike:
Bellingham answered early in the second half by leveling the game with his fifth goal of the tournament.
Bellingham then found Kane for what would have been the go-ahead goal minutes later had the tally not be ruled offside.
Norway was next to have a potential go-ahead goal called back. Torbjørn Heggem's 55th-minute tally was waved off after video review confirmed a foul on Erling Haaland in the box.
England nearly scored late in regulation after Norway goalkeeper Ørjan Nyland came close to bobbling the ball in the box.
England finally converted on a go-ahead goal when Bellingham completed his brace early in extra time.
England was granted a penalty kick late in the first half of extra time, but officials waved off Norway's foul after video review.
Norway's Nyland turned aside two shots from England after a defensive collapse in the second half of extra time.
England ultimately closed out the win and will await Argentina in the semis.

Switzerland forced Saturday's quarterfinal to extra time despite being down a man before Julián Álvarez's late go-ahead goal sent Argentina to the semifinal.
The Swiss team earned some early chances but was unable to convert before Argentina took an early lead.
Alexis Mac Allister opened scoring by heading in a corner from Lionel Messi.
Breel Embolo got a step past the Argentina defense in the 32nd minute before goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez stepped up to cut him off.
Dan Ndoye came close to scoring the equalizer with a header that tested Martínez in the 65th minute.
Ndoye found the back of the net two minutes later to shock Argentina by evening the score.
Swizterland went down to 10 men after a play that originally saw Leandro Paredes assessed a yellow card for tripping Breel Embolo.
Embolo was assessed his second yellow card of the game when he was called for simulation on video review.
Messi went wide right on a potential go-ahead goal for Argentina in stoppage time.
Swiss goaltender Gregor Kobel had to dive to deny a late go-ahead goal from Argentina on another Messi corner.
Kobel fought off a Messi shot late in extra time just before Álvarez curved in the go-ahead goal in the 112th minute.
Argentina's Lautaro Martínez scored into an open net in stoppage time to close out the win.
Argentina is now set for a semifinal match against England on Wednesday in Atlanta.
