Leonard Fournette Jokes About Resemblance to Romelu Lukaku in Trending FIFA World Cup Photo

Former NFL running back Leonard Fournette joked on social media about his resemblance to Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku during this summer's World Cup.

Fournette, 31, last played an NFL snap for the Buffalo Bills in the 2023 season. The one-time Super Bowl champion spent seven seasons in the NFL with the Jacksonville Jaguars (2017-19), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2020-22) and the Bills (2023), rushing for 4,518 yards and 34 touchdowns while catching 312 passes for 2,219 yards and seven scores.

Lukaku, 33, has scored a goal and added an assist during this year's World Cup. His six career goals in the World Cup is a Belgian record, and his country is a potential Round of 16 matchup for the United States should both countries advance that far.
