Parade Is Rolling Now

Walt Frazier is an indelible part of this organization. He won two championships in 1970 and 1973. Then, he cheerfully suffered through one of the darkest periods in Knicks history post-Patrick Ewing, called 100s of games and now gets to celebrate this magical run in a parade.

The Streets are Packed

The start of the parade was delayed a bit, but the floats are starting to roll now. And they're going to be surrounded by what could be a record-setting crowd.

Rolling

It's starting to look like Mitchell Robinson is actually going to drive himself through the parade. And with a truck like his (scroll down to see the exterior), it's hard to blame him!

10 Weeks

There's no question this Knicks championship was a full organizational effort.

The players are rightfully and understandably getting the bulk of the credit, but the hire of Mike Brown was crucial. His offense was more varied than previous versions. He empowered his reserves. And his demeanor, as seen here, seems easy to be around.

And the credit doesn't even stop there. Brown's shirt references an inspiring pre-playoff speech from owner James Dolan, who fired up his team and asked it to lock in for just 10 weeks to become legends.

The players did exactly that, and they were rewarded with legendary status.

Kings of New York

This isn't entirely about the parade, but Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart's experience with the New York Yankees on Wednesday was just another reminder of what these players and this team will mean to the city.

Everyone on that roster is stamped as a New York legend now.

Everyone Deserves a Parade!

Whatever emotional support Sonny brought Mikal Bridges throughout this playoff run was worth it. He's earned his time at the parade!

It's Time

We're just minutes away from the start of the parade now.

The heroes have arrived, and the buses will be rolling soon.

Parade Ready

Mitchell Robinson's truck looks like it could headline the parade on Thursday.

A ride befitting the big man who secured the biggest offensive rebound of the NBA Finals.

Today's Destination

After the Knicks make their way through the streets of New York and tens of thousands of fans, the party will continue at City Hall.

Packed to Capacity

Over two hours before the parade started, the NYPD announced that the streets had reached capacity.

The biggest city in America was dying for this title.

The Excitement is Palpable

Several hours before the parade even started, throngs of people were ready to take the streets of New York to celebrate the first Knicks championship in 53 years.

This could be the championship parade to top all championship parades!
