Jalen Williams Re-Injures Hamstring, Latest Updates on Thunder Star for Game 4 vs. Spurs
Oklahoma City Thunder star Jalen Williams will miss Sunday's Game 4 against the San Antonio Spurs in the Western Conference Finals after previously re-injuring his left hamstring.
ESPN's Shams Charania previously reported that Williams would be evaluated on a day-by-day basis after exiting Game 2 with the injury:

Williams left the game in the first quarter before receiving treatment on his hamstring, per ESPN's Tim MacMahon.
"He'll get checked out in the morning," Daigneault said after the game. "We'll see where he's at. We'll update accordingly."
The 25-year-old previously suffered a left hamstring injury in Game 2 of Oklahoma City's first-round playoff matchup with the Phoenix Suns and missed six games as a result.
Williams eventually returned for Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals, playing 37 minutes during a 122-115 loss in double overtime.
He was on the floor for seven minutes prior to his early exit on Wednesday, scoring four points and picking up two steals while shooting 2-of-4 from the field.
Williams appeared in a career-low 33 games during the 2025-26 regular season, missing the beginning of the year while recovering from wrist surgery before he was hampered by hamstring issues.
While the Thunder were still able to earn the No. 1 seed in the West with a 64-18 record and win two playoff series matchups despite Williams' health woes, their hopes of capturing a second straight championship could take a hit if he's forced to continue to miss time moving forward.
He earned his first All-Star nod in 2025 and remained effective when available this season, averaging 17.1 points and 5.5 assists to go along with 1.2 steals per game while shooting 48.4 percent from the field during the regular season.
Cason Wallace started the second half of Wednesday's matchup in place of Williams and should continue to receive more playing time until he's able to return.
