Jordon Hudson Reacts to Tom Brady's Joke About Bill Belichick in Georgetown Commencement Video

Andrew PetersMay 18, 2026

Tom Brady poked fun at his former New England Patriots coach while giving a commencement speech at Georgetown over the weekend, and Jordon Hudson seemingly found it funny.

Hudson, who is dating North Carolina head coach Bill Belichick, reposted a video of Brady's quip. In the video, Brady offered some lighthearted banter about Belichick.

"I usually don't do well with compliments," Brady said. "I had a coach for 20 years tell me how s---ty I was every day."

Brady had more digs at Belichick throughout the speech, calling him a "cranky old coach."

While Brady and Belichick perhaps had an icy relationship when the quarterback left for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Brady's lighthearted jokes at Belichick's expense indicate they're on good terms now.

Perhaps Brady will be in Chapel Hill this fall cheering on Belichick as he looks to turn things around following a rough first season at North Carolina.
