Baker Mayfield Headlines 'Quarterback' S3 from Netflix, Full Cast, Release Date Revealed

A new crop of NFL quarterbacks will be under the spotlight with a deep dive into their experiences during the 2025 season.

On Wednesday, Netflix announced that the third season of its famed Quarterback docuseries will feature Tampa Bay Buccaneers star Baker Mayfield, Washington Commanders signal-caller Jayden Daniels, Cincinnati Bengals veteran Joe Flacco and Tennessee Titans No. 1 pick Cam Ward.

Quarterback debuted on Netflix in 2023 and featured Patrick Mahomes, Kirk Cousins and Marcus Mariota in its first season. The second season was filmed during the 2024 campaign and included Cousins, Jared Goff and Joe Burrow.

All four signal-callers set to be featured in the upcoming season of Quarterback endured immense highs and lows throughout the 2025 campaign.

Mayfield threw for 3,693 yards, 26 touchdowns and 11 interceptions as he tried to lead the Bucs to a third straight NFC South title. While Tampa Bay tied for the best record in the division at 8-9, it lost a tiebreaker to the Carolina Panthers and failed to make the playoffs for the first time since 2019.

Daniels was coming off an Offensive Rookie of the Year campaign in 2024 that also included a surprising run to the NFC Championship Game. Unfortunately, the 25-year-old sustained multiple injuries throughout the year that limited him to just seven games in 2025.

Flacco beat out rookies Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders to win the Cleveland Browns' starting quarterback job before being traded to the Bengals in the wake of Burrow's toe injury. Thanks to his steady play, he earned his first career Pro Bowl selection as an injury replacement at the age of 41.

Ward faced lofty expectations as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft, but the Titans failed to set him up for success in his first year. Head coach Brian Callahan was fired after a 1-5 start to the season, and the team finished with a 3-14 record for the second straight year.
