Cameron Boozer NBA Combine 2026 Measurements, Highlights, Results, Latest Mock Draft Landing Spots
Duke star Cameron Boozer officially measured in at 6'8.25" inches and 252.8 pounds at the NBA draft combine in Chicago.
The freshman standout also had a wingspan of 7'1.5" and a standing reach of nine feet. According to ESPN's Jeff Borzello, his vertical reached 35 inches.
Draft expert Jonathan Givony showed Boozer working out in one of the combine's agility drills:
With the lottery completed, Bleacher Report's Jonathan Wasserman projects Boozer to go third overall to the Memphis Grizzlies:
"The big question entering the draft process is whether Boozer's production, skill level, versatility and intangibles will be enough to ease concerns over his athletic or defensive limitations.
"At this stage, there isn't anything left for Boozer to show during workouts to change the minds of scouts who visualize more upside with [AJ] Dybantsa, [Darryn] Peterson or [Caleb] Wilson."
In theory, the consensus national player of the year could turn some heads in Chicago if he showed more raw physical tools than scouts and talent evaluators were expecting.
But Boozer simply isn't that kind of athlete, which is why he has slotted in behind Peterson and Dybantsa in mock drafts for much of the season.
Dybantsa, by comparison, hit 42 inches with his vertical jump.
Wilson, who got to 39.5 inches, is likewise a more fluid mover while standing one inch taller.
Still, Boozer is one of those prospects where the tape speaks for itself.
In 38 games with the Blue Devils, he averaged 22.5 points and an ACC-high 10.2 rebounds along with 4.1 assists and 1.4 steals. Unless the team was headed for a blowout win, coach Jon Scheyer could count on him to play 30 minutes and flirt with a double-double whenever he stepped onto the floor.
That kind of consistency will be alluring for NBA coaches and general managers.
As Wasserman laid out, Boozer won't be able to win over his skeptics in Chicago, but he further reinforced why he's one of the top four players on the board and perhaps even worthy of going first or second overall.
