Austin Rivers Claps Back at Draymond Green, Calls 'Disrespectful' Star 'Luckiest' Player on Video
Former NBA guard and NBC Sports analyst Austin Rivers clapped back at Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green amid their ongoing dispute.
After Green made disparaging comments about Rivers' NBA career, Rivers called his statements "disrespectful" and declared that he was "the luckiest player I think I've ever seen, especially in modern-day history."

The conflict between Green and Rivers began when Rivers criticized Green for saying on his podcast that Warriors head coach Steve Kerr "hindered me in my career and what I could have become." Green didn't take kindly to Rivers calling him out, so he took aim at the broadcaster.
"I just find it interesting that a guy who was the 10th pick in my draft, I was 35, who's on his second act, I'm still on act one, would say such things," Green said on The Draymond Green Show. "He goes, 'Draymond's never been a scorer.' Well, Austin, you and I averaged the same amount of points in high school when you were a scorer. … And I say high school because that's when you were at your best."
In his response to Green, Rivers told him to acknowledge his fortune of playing with multiple future Hall of Famers like Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson during his tenure with the Warriors.
Despite the ongoing feud, Rivers extended an olive branch to Green and ended his video by saying they should be "frenemies." It would be a surprise if Green takes him up on his offer, but in the words of the great Kevin Garnett, anything is possible.
