FIFA World Cup Final Tickets at $2.3M Each Listed on Official Resale Website
It will cost approximately $9.2 million total to purchase one particular group of four seats for the 2026 men's World Cup final that were listed on FIFA's resale site.
The Associated Press reported Thursday that four seats located behind the goal in the lower deck for the July 19 match at MetLife Stadium were listed at just under $2.3 million each. The tickets are in block 124, row 45 and seats 33 through 36.
While FIFA does not control the prices set on its resale site, it will take a cut if those tickets are sold.
According to the AP, FIFA will receive a 15 percent purchase fee from the buyer of each ticket and a 15 percent resale fee from the seller.
Fans hoping to go to the World Cup final by purchasing tickets on the site will have the opportunity to get into the stadium for less than those tickets are listed. The lowest-priced tickets, as of Thursday, were listed at $10,923.85 each.
That price is for a group of four seats in the upper deck behind the goal in block 323.
FIFA also put tickets for the final on sale Wednesday on its direct tickets site at the price of $10,990 each.
The first game of the World Cup, which will be hosted by the United States, Mexico and Canada, is Thursday, June 11. There will be two games that day with Mexico facing South Africa and South Korea facing Czechia.
The United States will start its World Cup the following day against Paraguay.
The World Cup final will be on July 19 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
