Watch Bill Belichick Get Celebrated as UNC CFB Team Sings 'Happy Birthday' in New Video

North Carolina's football team took some time out of its busy practice to celebrate its leader on Thursday.

Bill Belichick turned 74 on Thursday, and his team sang him "Happy Birthday" before practice ended. The stoic Belichick actually embraced the singing from his team, smiling and joining in by playing maestro.

If Belichick gets his birthday wish, North Carolina will put together an undefeated season that ends with a national championship. That would be quite the improvement from last year, when the Tar Heels finished 4-8 in Belichick's first season.

Belichick and North Carolina will look to put together a strong offseason and show some signs of progress in 2026, but competing for a national title might be a bit unrealistic this early into the legendary coach's tenure.
