
NBA Announces Teammate of the Year, Sportsmanship Award Finalists for 2025-26 Season
As the 2025-26 NBA regular season winds down, it's almost time to start handing out some awards.
On Tuesday, the league announced the 12 finalists for the 2025-26 Twyman-Stokes Teammate of the Year Award, with New York Knicks star guard Jalen Brunson and Boston Celtics star forward Jayson Tatum leading the way:
The league also announced the six finalists for the 2025-26 NBA Sportsmanship Award, featuring reigning MVP and Oklahoma City Thunder star guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander:
NBA players will vote to determine the winners of each award. The results will be announced during the NBA playoffs.
Portland Trail Blazers veteran guard Jrue Holiday won the Sportsmanship Award last season and is a three-time Teammate of the Year recipient, and he will have the chance to earn the latter honor for the fourth time.
No other past recipient of either award is is among this season's group of finalists.
