Stephen A. Smith Reacts to Star Celtics Player Unfollowing Him on Social Media in New Video
ESPN's Stephen A. Smith isn't concerning himself with the social media habits of NBA players.
During Monday's episode of First Take, Smith took a moment to address Boston Celtics veteran guard Derrick White unfollowing him on a social media platform.
"I just want to make sure that I'm clear about this, OK? I don't care whether an NBA player is following me or not," Smith said. "I don't care how they feel in regards to that. What I care about is whether or not I'm fair."

Smith went on to praise White and fellow guard Payton Pritchard for their contributions to the Celtics, who clinched a playoff spot and achieved their fifth straight 50-win season with Sunday night's victory over the Charlotte Hornets.
Smith has been increasingly combative lately, as he also recently got into a back-and-forth with New York Knicks guard Josh Hart in which he declared, "First of all, you don't know who I know. Secondly, you don't know who talks to me. Thirdly, you don't even know how close I am to the people that cut your checks, Josh Hart. Clearly, you haven't done your homework."
It seems like the players are starting to get fed up with Smith, so it wouldn't be a surprise if he has a new target on Tuesday's episode of First Take.
