LaMelo Ball, Trae Young, Tyrese Maxey Revealed for 'NBA The Run' Video Game in New Trailer

A trio of point guards—LaMelo Ball of the Charlotte Hornets, Trae Young of the Washington Wizards and Tyrese Maxey of the Philadelphia 76ers—have been revealed for the new "NBA The Run" video game in a new trailer.

Play By Play Studios, which is developing the game, announced it via a teaser trailer in October.

The official website noted the game will drop sometime this year.

Other players announced for the game including the following:

  • "Green Light": Stephen Curry, Donovan Mitchell, Jalen Brunson
  • "Midrange Masters": Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander
  • "Got Next": Cooper Flagg, Amen Thompson, Victor Wembanyama
  • "Flight Club": Anthony Edwards, Ja Morant, Zion Williamson
  • "Beasts in the East": Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jayson Tatum, Paolo Banchero
  • "No Fly Zone" - Bam Adebayo, Scottie Barnes, Anthony Davis
  • "Triple Threat MVPs" - Nikola Jokic, James Harden, Joel Embiid
  • "Court Visionaries" - LeBron James, Cade Cunningham, Tyrese Haliburton

Much like the iconic NBA Street series, fans can play streetball as NBA stars on some of the sport's most popular courts, including Rucker Park in New York City.

Fans will be able to play the game on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Steam on PC.
