The 31-year-old has remained highly productive when he plays, averaging 26.6 points, 7.5 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game, but being unable to rely on his health on a game-by-game basis has made it tough on the Sixers.
Compounding matters is that the Sixers are also dealing with injuries to Tyrese Maxey (finger) and Kelly Oubre Jr. (elbow), both of whom are slated to miss several weeks ahead of the end of the regular season. The Sixers also remain without Paul George, who is serving a 25-game suspension.
The Sixers will be back in action Saturday against the Brooklyn Nets and Sunday against the Portland Trail Blazers before heading out on a three-game West Coast road trip.
