Oklahoma City Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander made quite the fashion statement before and after Wednesday's 103-100 win over the New York Knicks.

The reigning MVP arrived at Madison Square Garden wearing a massive fur coat that nearly covered his entire face:

Gilgeous-Alexander brought it back for his postgame press conference.

One reporter asked about the coat to close out the media availability, but SGA declined to provide any details. He said he's "gonna gatekeep" before bidding adieu and stepping away from the table.

Like a lot of his NBA peers, Gilgeous-Alexander has been fashion-forward throughout his career. Readers of GQ named him the "Most Stylish Man of the Year" for 2022.

The four-time All-Star played an important role in Wednesday's victory.

In 35 minutes on the floor, he had 26 points, three rebounds and eight assists. His long-range jumper with 1:18 left in the fourth quarter provided the Thunder with enough breathing room to see out the result.

With the win, Oklahoma City improved its record to 49-15 and slightly widened its lead on the second-place San Antonio Spurs to 3.5 games.
