Curry has been absent from the Warriors' lineup since Jan. 30 because of "runner's knee," an injury that causes swelling and pain around the kneecap. He said in late February that he was improving.
"Right now, with this one, it's about each day, can you stack good days? I've done that," he told ESPN's Malika Andrews. "Hopefully, they can unleash me on the court soon and hopefully, get back sooner than later."
Curry's absence has certainly been felt by the Warriors. Before the injury, he was leading Golden State's offense with 27.2 points per game, his most since the 2022-23 season.
The Warriors have managed to stay afloat despite not having Curry, as they're currently sitting in ninth place in the West at 32-33. Golden State is still more then capable of competing in the playoffs, but the team's postseason hopes rely mostly on Curry's health.
