Bronny James Recalled from Lakers' NBA G League Team, Updates on LeBron, Hachimura for Kings Game
The Los Angeles Lakers will get Rui Hachimura back in action on Sunday against the Sacramento Kings after he missed two games with an illness, per ESPN's Dave McMenamin, while Bronny James and Adou Thiero are being recalled from the G League.
LeBron James was questionable with left foot arthritis but was ultimately deemed available.
The younger James has seen sporadic NBA minutes this season, appearing in 29 total contests (one start). He's averaging 2.2 points and 1.2 assists in 7.3 minutes per game.
Hachimura, on the other hand, has been a regular part of the rotation, putting up 11.7 points and 3.4 rebounds in 47 total appearances (31 starts). If James misses games in the future, either Hachimura or Jake LaRavia would make sense as the starting 4.
The Lakers are 35-24 on the season and sit sixth in the Western Conference.
