SEC Tournament 2026 Schedule and Complete Men's Bracketology Predictions
The Florida Gators should begin the postseason of their national title defense as the No. 1 seed in the 2026 SEC tournament.
Florida enters the second-to-last weekend of conference play with a two-game advantage over the Alabama Crimson Tide and Arkansas Razorbacks.
Florida, Alabama and Arkansas will all need just three wins to cut down the nets in Nashville.
The last of the top four seeds could be any one of five teams with nine or 10 league victories.
The first few days of the SEC tournament should be more competitive than other leagues because of the parity in the middle of the standings.
However, it would not be shocking to see one of the top four seeds earn one of the final automatic bids into the NCAA tournament.

Florida, Alabama and Arkansas are expected to fill three of the top-four seeds in Nashville.
Florida's been the best team by far in SEC play and it only has two total losses since it fell to the UConn Huskies on December 9.
The Gators are the favorite to win in Nashville. They will most likely avoid Alabama and Arkansas until the championship game.
The race for the No. 4 seed will be interesting over the final three league games. The Tennessee Volunteers have a one-game lead over four teams with a 9-6 league record.
If Tennessee knocks off Bama at home on Saturday, it should win its final two games and claim the No. 4 seed.
The Texas A&M Aggies might be best poised to claim a top-four spot if Tennessee stumbles.
A&M gets the Texas Longhorns and Kentucky Wildcats at home before it finishes on the road against the LSU Tigers. Tennessee owns the head-to-head tiebreaker over A&M, but the Vols could lose to Bama and the Vanderbilt Commodores.
Kentucky has the toughest remaining schedule among the chasers for the No. 4 seed. It finishes against Vandy, A&M and Florida. The Wildcats might finish as low as the No. 8 seed if they struggle in those three contests.
