Josh Hart, Karl-Anthony Towns Joke About Jeremy Sochan Sharing TikTok Video After Knicks Contract

Jeremy Sochan is reportedly headed to the New York Knicks, and new teammates Josh Hart and Karl-Anthony Towns had some fun at his expense on Thursday.

After Sochan posted a video of someone singing Jay Z's "Empire State of Mind," Hart reposted it with the caption ,"Oh hell no..."

Meanwhile, Towns revealed that Sochan's post was how he found out he had a new teammate:

The San Antonio Spurs released Sochan on Wednesday after the former first-round pick saw his minutes decrease significantly in recent weeks. The Knicks, among other teams, reportedly were interested in Sochan at the trade deadline, and they jumped at the chance to add him on the buyout market.

Sochan is averaging just 4.1 points per game this season, but he was also only getting 12.8 minutes per contest in San Antonio. New York could give him the chance to prove he can still be a valuable rotation piece alongside trade deadline acquisition Jose Alvarado.
