He previously suited up for USC, although his undergraduate tenure with the school was impacted by foot and knee injuries that both required surgery.
Tuliaupupu finally appeared in a game for the first time as a redshirt senior in 2022, compiling 10 tackles and 2.5 sacks in 14 games. Another knee injury forced him to miss his entire 2023 season before an illness limited him to nine games in 2024.
He then transferred to Montana.
During the 2025 season, Tuliaupupu racked up 43 tackles, two sacks, two passes defended and two forced fumbles. Montana advanced to the semifinal round of the FCS playoffs before falling to Montana State.
Tuliaupupu will be 26 years old at the beginning of the 2026 season.
