The Spurs improved to 36-16, remaining 3.5 games behind the top-seeded Oklahoma City Thunder while extending their winning streak to four games.
In the loss, Flagg finished with 14 points, four rebounds and four assists on 5-of-12 shooting. Klay Thompson added 19 points, knocking down 4-of-10 attempts from beyond the arc.
Fans reacted to Castle's massive night and San Antonio's continued surge behind Wembanyama and the Spurs.
Dallas fell to 19-33 with the road loss, remaining outside the Western Conference top 10 while extending its skid in just its second game since trading Anthony Davis to the Washington Wizards.
Davis was included in an eight-player deal Tuesday that moved Jaden Hardy, D'Angelo Russell and Dante Exum from Dallas to Washington in exchange for Khris Middleton, AJ Johnson, Malaki Branham and Marvin Bagley III, plus draft picks.
The Spurs carried a 14-point halftime lead behind 21 points from Castle, 15 from Devin Vassell and 12 from Wembanyama. Dallas' Flagg led the starters with 11 points, three rebounds and three assists, while Thompson added 16 points off the bench, shooting 3-of-5 from beyond the arc.
San Antonio blew the game open in the third quarter, building a 114-91 advantage heading into the fourth. The Spurs maintained control the rest of the way, cruising to the 13-point win.
San Antonio will head to Los Angeles to face the Lakers on Tuesday, while the Mavericks will look to get back on track on the road against the Phoenix Suns.
