Tulsa CFB Rents House to Run Transfer Portal Operations, Teases 'All-Access'
Tulsa football is going all out this transfer portal season.
The Golden Hurricane announced Monday plans for the "Tulsa Football Portal House," which will feature a "Film room. Recruiting ops. All-Access. All under one roof."
The Portal House will operate during the transfer portal window, which is from Jan. 2-16.
This year's transfer portal season will almost certainly be a busy one for Tulsa, just as it will be for most college football teams. The Golden Hurricane will have to find new players to bring in to replace those who transfer away. The Portal House should give fans an interesting look into the new college football landscape.
Tulsa is hoping to have a productive transfer portal season to get things back on track after a few rough seasons. The Golden Hurricane finished this year 4-8, 13th in the American Conference. That record is only a slight improvement from last year's 3-9 finish.
Tulsa, which hasn't been bowl eligible since 2021, could quickly turn things around if it finds the right talent in the portal. The Golden Hurricane's attempt to find that talent will be on display with their all access look into portal season.
