All Jose Mourinho needs is an excuse, and he'll happily have a go at Arsene Wenger. 

The Chelsea boss is on the offensive early on this Premier League season, as he's already critical of his old rival, calling out the Arsenal manager for his spending. 

That's the headline in Mirror Sport, as the Portuguese claims Wenger spent more money than the title-winning Blues did. It also relays a rumour that Manchester United are after Barcelona winger Pedro.

Mourinho's words lead Sun Sport as well, with the paper also reporting that Southampton are hoping to bring Calum Chambers back from Arsenal.
