Shilo Sanders Jokes Colorado Should've Retired His No. 21 Jersey on Video
Shilo Sanders joked on Thursday that Colorado should have also retired his jersey during a video for Well Off Media (0:50 mark).
Both Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter had their jerseys retired after last season, a somewhat controversial decision given they were only the fifth and sixth players in school history to have that honor bestowed upon them.

"We were always told there was a waiting period," former Colorado quarterback Darian Hagan—who led the Buffs to a national championship in 1990 but hasn't had his jersey retired—told Brent Schrotenboer of USA Today back in April. "There was a policy in place. It had to be voted upon. I was never told that it was at the discretion of the athletic director or the head coach. That was shocking news to me. It was hard to stomach."
That led to some jokes that head coach Deion Sanders might have well retired Shilo Sanders' jersey as well, which was referenced in the video.
