Johnny Manziel Cheers on Marcel Reed, Texas A&M vs. Arch Manning, Texas in Video

Texas A&M legend Johnny Manziel showed up for the No. 3 Aggies' road game at No. 16 Texas, led by quarterback Arch Manning, on Friday evening in Austin.

"I believe in Marcel, I believe in this team," Manziel said. "Get 'em going, stay up, gig' em, forever."

Manziel starred at quarterback for the Aggies in 2012 and 2013, winning the Heisman Trophy in the former year.

Over two seasons, Manziel accounted for 7,820 passing yards and 63 touchdowns as well as 2,169 rushing yards and 30 touchdowns.

He certainly is a believer in the 2025 squad, which is led by Texas A&M quarterback Marcel Reed.

The Aggies have an 11-0 record thus far. A College Football Playoff berth is assured at this point. The question is where the team will be seeded and whether the Aggies can win the SEC.
