Early National Signing Day 2025 Dates, Announcement Schedules and Latest Rumors

The coaching carousel always makes an impact on college football recruiting.

The 2025 recruitment cycle has already been altered by changes at a few big programs. A reported to decision at an SEC school could have an impact on the top of the class of 2026.

The national signing period for college football opens on December 3. The full list of top prospects, verbal commitments and announcements can be found on 247Sports.

Vanderbilt Pushing for Jared Curtis

Jared Curtis, the No. 3 overall recruit in the class of 2026 according to 247Sports, is committed to the Georgia Bulldogs.

However, Clark Lea and the Vanderbilt Commodores are expected to make a late push for the Nashville native.

According to ESPN's Eli Lederman, Vanderbilt "is expected to intensify its efforts" to get Curtis to change his commitment from Georgia to Vanderbilt.

That report came on Friday morning after ESPN's Pete Thamel reported Clark Lea signed a six-year extension with Vanderbilt.

Vanderbilt needs a replacement for Diego Pavia for next season. Curtis looks like he'll be the top target for that opening until he officially signs with Georgia.

Curtis has a better chance to start right away at Vandy, and he'd have the added bonus of playing at home, but Lea and his staff have plenty of work to do for the flip to actually happen.

Bralan Womack Still Considering Options

247Sports' Tom Loy reported that No. 39 overall prospect Bralan Womack is "still weighing a handful of options" despite his commitment to the Auburn Tigers.

Womack, a safety from Mississippi, is the highest-rated player in Auburn's recruiting class.

Auburn fired head coach Hugh Freeze and the decision on the next head coach might have an impact on Womack and other recruits in the class of 2026.

A handful of other SEC schools were in the mix for Womack prior to his pledge to Auburn.
