Julian Sayin, Bo Jackson, OSU Thrill CFB Fans in Win vs. UCLA with Nico Iamaleava Out

No. 1 Ohio State dominated on Saturday, cruising to a 48-10 home win over UCLA, who were without starting quarterback Nico Iamaleava.

The Big Ten victory extended Ohio State's perfect season to 10-0 overall and 7-0 in conference play, while UCLA fell to 3-7 overall and 3-4 in the Big Ten.

Julian Sayin threw for 184 yards and one touchdown, completing 23-of-31 passes and connecting with Bryson Rodgers for a score. The Buckeyes' ground game shined, as Bo Jackson led with 112 yards and a touchdown, Isaiah West added a rushing score, and James Peoples finished with two touchdowns on six carries.

UCLA sophomore Luke Duncan finished with 154 yards on 16-of-23 passing with one touchdown.

Fans celebrated the Ohio State Buckeyes' dominant win over UCLA.

Ohio State scored on every possession in the first half, going a perfect 5-of-5 on offensive drives while its defense kept UCLA off the scoreboard, building a commanding 27-0 lead at the break.

The Buckeyes added two more scores in the second half, including a kickoff return, while UCLA got on the board with its first touchdown of the game. The early deficit proved too large to overcome as Ohio State continued to pull away in the fourth quarter for the win.

Ohio State will host 5-5 Rutgers next Saturday.
