From a "reject" to a £60 million target. Such is the nature of the silly season.
Kevin De Bruyne, the Belgian star of Wolfsburg who was sold just last summer after not having a place on the Chelsea side, is now being coveted by Manchester City.
And according to Mirror Sport, City are willing to spend quite a bit of cash on De Bruyne:
