Michael Vick-DeSean Jackson HC Matchup Thrills Fans in Norfolk St. vs. Delaware St.

A pair of NFL legends clashed on Thursday night as Michael Vick's Norfolk State took on DeSean Jackson's Delaware State.

Jackson's squad got the win over Norfolk State, 27-20.

Vick, one of the best dual-threat quarterbacks of all time, is in his first season with the Spartans. Jackson, a prolific wide receiver with elite speed, is also in his first campaign with the Hornets. Both Vick and Jackson are coaching at the collegiate level for the first time this year.

Vick and Jackson spent five seasons as teammates with the Philadelphia Eagles, but put their previous connection aside to try to pick up a win. Fans loved seeing the former stars battling it out.

Things haven't gone too well for Vick in his first season, as Norfolk State dropped to 1-8 with the loss. The Spartans won just four games a year ago, so Vick has his work cut out for him trying to turn things around.

Jackson, on the other hand, has found success early, improving to 6-3 with the win. Considering Delaware State went 1-11 a season ago, Jackson's first campaign has already been a success.
