The Big 12 title race takes center stage in Week 10, as the Cincinnati Bearcats visit the Utah Utes.
Cincinnati is tied with the BYU Cougars atop the Big 12 standings with a 5-0 conference record. Utah is one of a few teams that needs to win out and get some help to land in the Big 12 Championship Game.
BYU is currently the favorite to land the Big 12's College Football Playoff spot, but Saturday's game in Salt Lake City will go a long way in deciding who the Cougars' top challenger will be.
The SEC will once again be under the microscope on Saturday with the Vanderbilt Commodores heading to Austin to face the Texas Longhorns.
Texas hasn't lived up to the preseason hype, but it has a chance over the next few weeks to play spoiler for the SEC's top playoff contenders.

Utah has one of the better home-field advantages in the country, which is why it is a seven-point favorite despite entering Week 10 seven spots below Cincinnati in the AP Top 25.
The Utes have had mixed results, though, on their home field against teams in the top half of the Big 12.
Utah was blown out by the Texas Tech Red Raiders in September, but then it beat the Arizona State Sun Devils by 32 points a few weeks later.
Utah needs to beat Cincinnati to stay alive in the hunt for the Big 12 Championship Game. A third conference loss, even in a chaotic league, won't be enough to recover from.
Cincinnati has been in cruise control since its Week 1 loss to the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
Saturday's trip to Salt Lake City will be the first major test of the conference schedule for the Bearcats. They have a win over the Iowa State Cyclones, but ISU is 2-3 in league play.
Cincinnati needs a win to stay undefeated in league play ahead of a November 22 clash with BYU that could decide the Big 12's playoff front-runner.
However, Utah's home-field edge is no joke and it has a ton of momentum rolling after rolling the Colorado Buffaloes, 53-7, last week.
Cincinnati might not suffer the same fate in Salt Lake City as Colorado and Arizona State, but it could fail its first true test, which in turn, would open up all sorts of possibilities in the Big 12 to reach the conference title game.

Vanderbilt faces the true test of a playoff contender in Week 10.
The Commodores are coming off a three-game stretch against the Alabama Crimson Tide, LSU Tigers and Missouri Tigers in which they went 2-1 and surged into the top 10 of the AP poll.
Everything is going in Vandy's favor at the moment, which is why it is expected to win in Austin as an underdog.
The three-game gauntlet could catch up to Vandy and cause it to come out flat against a Texas team desperate to make a statement.
Arch Manning and Co. are 6-2, but they needed overtime to win their last two games over the Kentucky Wildcats and Mississippi State Bulldogs.
Everything about Texas' resume suggests it will struggle to raise its level against a top-10 team.
Texas needs to relish the spoiler role in November with Vandy, the Georgia Bulldogs and Texas A&M Aggies on the schedule.
If the Texas defense, which has held five opponents to 13 points or less, shows up in any of those games, the Longhorns will at least be competitive.
Diego Pavia has been great as an underdog in his career, but this is the first time he and Vandy have been the hunted team in a matchup.
The busy schedule and Texas' defense might catch up to him and cost Vandy a spot in the top 10 and among the CFB Playoff contenders.
