Latest Heisman Trophy 2025 Odds as TAMU's Marcel Reed Rises, Georgia's Stockton Falls
Texas A&M quarterback Marcel Reed's 2025 Heisman Trophy odds increased after his stellar performance in the No. 3 Aggies' 49-25 win over No. 20 LSU on Saturday.
According to DraftKings Sportsbook, Reed now has the fourth-highest Heisman Trophy odds at +650.
While No. 5 Georgia had its bye week, Bulldogs quarterback Gunner Stockton's Heisman odds dropped to +1400.
Meanwhile, Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza held the highest odds to earn Heisman honors at +250.
Reed looked sharp throughout Texas A&M's win over LSU on Saturday, finishing 12-of-21 for 202 yards and two touchdowns despite tossing a pair interceptions. He also showcased his dual-threat capabilities, rushing for 108 yards and two scores on just 13 attempts.
Reed became the first Aggies player to record two passing touchdowns and two rushing touchdowns in a road SEC game since Johnny Manziel's Heisman Trophy-winning season in 2012.
Texas A&M trailed 18-14 to LSU at halftime, but scored 35 straight points to open the second half before cruising to the win and improving to 8-0.
Stockton has looked sharp both in and out of the pocket for Georgia this year, completing 70.5 percent of his throws for 1,553 yards and 10 touchdowns compared to just one interception. He's picked up seven scores on the ground as well.
Stockton also shined during the Bulldogs' 43-35 win over Ole Miss on Oct. 18, racking up five total touchdowns.
There may be some doubt surrounding his ability to maintain his momentum over Georgia's final three SEC matchups as he navigates through his first year as a full-time starter, though.
