Lance Stephenson, Glen Rice Jr. Scuffle on Video During BIG3 Game
Former NBA players Lance Stephenson and Glen Rice Jr. got into a brief physical altercation during a BIG3 matchup on Sunday.
Stephenson, who plays for Miami 305, put a hard foul on Rice, who's a member of the Dallas Power, in the second half of Dallas' 50-47 win. The pair subsequently exchanged shoves before they were separated by their teammates.
Stephenson finished with 10 points, five rebounds and one block in the win while Rice ended the contest by scoring 17 points and grabbing four rebounds.
Stephenson is in the midst of his first BIG3 season and has gotten physical with opponents before, as he was ejected earlier in the year after he was involved in a scuffle with former NBA star Dwight Howard.
Prior to his BIG3 tenure, Stephenson played for eight teams during his NBA career that started in 2010 and ended in 2022. He owns career averages 8.6 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game on 44.5/31.4/69.4 shooting splits.
As for Rice, he's in the midst of his fourth BIG3 season after he was the No. 1 overall pick in the league's 2022 draft. He previously appeared in 16 regular-season contests for the Washington Wizards from 2013-15, averaging 2.7 points per game.
