Hawaii Debuts New White Uniforms in Mountain West Media Day Photos for 2025 CFB Season

Hawaii debuted new white uniforms at Mountain West Media Days in Las Vegas on Tuesday.

Hawaii previously unveiled brand-new black uniforms as well.

Hawaii's athletics department previously reached a seven-year deal with Nike that runs from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2032, hence the new uniforms. The school had previously been with Adidas from 2021-2025.

Nike notably outfitted the football team from 2005-2007. The '06 and '07 teams were a combined 23-4, with the latter squad, which went 12-1, reaching as high as 10th in the Associated Press poll. The 2007 Hawaii squad was even undefeated and earned an appearance in the Sugar Bowl, where it fell to Georgia. The 2006 and 2007 teams were also No. 1 in scoring in the nation under then-head coach June Jones.

Hawaii certainly hopes it can strive for its old glory days when it wore Nike uniforms. The team will wear its black uniforms for home games and white uniforms for road contests. Up first this season is a home game with Stanford on Aug. 23, followed by a road contest against Arizona on Aug. 30.
